Congress 1004838 Review: Congress Black Marble Standard Index Playing Cards. This Congress set of cards is very, very nice in appearance, but the durability is questionable. Unlike most USPC decks, this is not air-cushioned, and has more of a paper feel to them. They don't seem like they'll last long, and they don't shuffle well.I, personally, would suggest Bicycle, or even Copag or Kem or Da Vinci, but if you're a collector or someone who doesn't care much for feel, but prefers style, this is your set.The case, though, is one of the best I've seen and used ...
